| Just before I go out and sell a kidney to buy a new one, does anybody have an Apple Magic Mouse (the bluetooth multitouch one) in good working condition they no longer need? [edit] UK only - cheaper to get a new one after I'm done paying overseas shipping etc. Last edited 1+ years ago |

| Yes and i hate the thing!!! Buy yourself a nice expensive logitech instead. It seems to have massively separate sensitivity settings compared to other mice (ie it is really slow) I turn the sensitivity up then when i use another mouse it goes berzerk. The pointer acceleration feature is quite rotten as it seems to be more pronounced than with a normal mouse. For drawing it is a strange one too, because if you move it in a circle, you get a -really- horizontal elipse (so it seems to be MUCH faster in X than in Y). Right Clicking is not always accurate, and you often find yourself scrolling when you do not want to (so is crap for games as you change weapon all the time, unless you change settings). Other than that it is quite nice for browsing with the touch gestures and all. |

| Buy yourself a nice expensive logitech instead. I did consider an alternative brand. I have only three requirements:1. It must use bluetooth 2. It must be white 3. It must be of 'normal' size That pretty much means I have to have a Logitech V470 and even then it's smaller than an ordinary mouse, plus it gets pretty bad reviews everywhere and many people say it's very slow/laggy. |
